Behold I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come into him and dine with him and he with me. (Revelation 3:20)

But God commends His own love to us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

Not out of works in righteousness which we did, but according to His mercy His saved us, through the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Spirit. (Titus 3:5)
